Direct Salesman Executive

Requirements

  • Must possess at least Higher Secondary education.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Customer Service field or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill; cheerful disposition; troubleshooting skills; customer focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 5 days’ work week rotation, including weekends/PH, (11AM – 830PM).

Scope

  • Introduce company products to potential customers and close sales.
  • Completing administrative forms and submit for processing.
  • Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
  • Responsibilities include researching competing products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Able to answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.

Marketing Executive

Requirements

  • Preferred with 2-3 years of relevant experience. No work experience is also welcome to apply.
  • Must possess at least tertiary education.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven individual with good conversational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player who can handle criticism and implement suggestions to improve.

Scope

  • The full spectrum of Marketing Communications includes traditional and digital marketing and Trade Marketing.
  • Conceptualise and execute marketing promotions and components for all communications (internal and to consumers)
  • Can articulate how design works should be executed and work with in-house designers and/or vendors to craft visuals.
  • Using analytical tools to track ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
  • Work with relevant vendors and teams for all marketing-related communications.
  • All marketing administration duties and other ad-hoc duties.

Operations Executive

Requirements

Scope

  • Ensure that all documentations are in line with the regulatory requirements and company policies
  • and internal control.
  • Liaise and coordinate with HQ and local Operations team on any related matters.
  • Planning and executing operation process flow on products, launches and other projects.
  • Ensure smooth and effective process flow and planning, managing channel partners order and delivery schedule process.
  • Manage day-to-day internal and external operational tasks.
